  1. Make a contract with us

1.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

1.2 Once you receive the e-mail to confirm that we accept your order, a contract has been made between us.

1.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

1.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.

1.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

  2. How to place an order

2.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product(s) you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 01952 691 617.

2.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

2.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

2.4 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or Paypal.

2.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

2.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

2.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

2.8 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.

2.9 When you place a weekly or fortnightly subscription order, you are entering into a subscription agreement with us whereby we will charge your selected payment method on a regular basis (the subscription period will be made clear to you during the order process)

2.10 You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by logging in to your B.fresh account and using the cancellation/ pause features present therein. Cancelling or pausing a subscription is effective immediately, although if you cancel on or within 36 hours of the date at which we would be sending out your next order, we will not be able to cancel your subscription in time to avoid the next payment being taken.

           3. Delivery & Carriage Charges

3.1 All our juices are delivered in sturdy triple strength layered boxes, with frozen gel packs and foil insulation. These are pre-cooled before enveloping your order to ensure your juices arrive chilled (not frozen).

3.2 All of our products have been subject to rigorous temperature abuse trials and are perfectly safe to be left unrefrigerated for 48 hours. If your juice feels warm we recommend popping them straight into the fridge to chill them back down before consumption. This will ensure they taste their very best.

3.3 Goods will normally be delivered on a next day basis, but should a delivery not make it within 24 hours the juices will still be safe to drink if on receipt the packaging is unopened.

3.4 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

3.5 We deliver our products in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Dublin and Eire) and delivery charges will be applied where applicable. Deliveries to Scotland can take up to two working days, for more information on Scotland deliveries please click here.

3.6 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You don’t need to be present to accept delivery of your order, the driver will leave your goods in the safe place you’ve specified when placing your order, and deliveries will usually take place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended, so please choose a place that is safe and secure.

3.7 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. Where possible we use materials that are recyclable.

3.8 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not present for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to us and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

3.9 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

3.10 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 24 hours.

3.11 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

3.12 Deliveries are made on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

3.13 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

3.14 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.

           4.Cancellation and returns

4.1 This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

4.2 Due to the nature of the products we supply, we cannot accept returns unless your legal rights are affected – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

4.3 Cancellations can be accepted by email or phone up to 9 am on the day of despatch and will be refunded in full.

         5. Faulty Goods / Guarantee

5.1 If there is a problem with the drinks, please notify us by email or in writing providing the batch code details of the drink found on the lid. It is helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

          6. Liability

6.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.

6.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.

7.1 We offer all subscribers 10% off on all orders.

        8. Single order discount offers

8.1 Single order discount codes are only applicable on single orders and not as part of a subscription.

8.2 No other offer can be used in conjunction with a discount code.

        9. Competitions

9.1 All competitions will state in their description what prize is being offered and there is no cash alternative.

9.2 All prize winners will be notified by email with the details of their prize, including venue, value and expiry date (Where applicable)

Delivery Information

Our Next Day Delivery Service

Our orders are all delivered chilled using DPD on a next day service.

We offer delivery throughout mainland UK (see detail below) and delivery is FREE for all orders over £30.

Orders under £30 are charged at a flat rate of £6.95.

Additional Information

You can place your order until 11am the day before the delivery date. You will receive an email or text notification on the morning they are due and a confirmation that they’ve arrived so you’ll know they’ve safely reached their destination.

Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the next available delivery date. You can also choose your preferred delivery day/date during checkout.

We recommend getting the juices into the fridge to chill as soon as you unpack the bottles.

You don’t need to be present to accept delivery of your order, the driver will leave your goods in the safe place you’ve specified when placing your order.

You don’t need to sign for your parcel, just advise a safe place for the delivery driver to leave your juices when placing your order if you won’t be in to receive it. If you want to track your parcel you can go to the DPD website and use their tracking page here.
